I’m relatively new to the hobby and a T&C is an aspiration. Just watching over the past eighteen months, does it seem like the price of T&Cs has declined? I know it’s tough to compare one car to another but a friend of mine also mentioned that it seemed like T&Cs had come down in price (and value, I guess).
The Town & Country woodie car and wagon prices are holding up.
Unrestored (needing work) cars are the lowest, as they need investment money, labor and parts.
Good drivers or partially restored cars are worth more money.
Fully restored T&C cars are worth the highest, If the work was excellent, they are sold for lots of money,
usually in the $75,000 to $150,000 range. There are exceptions that go for more money.

The market is always in a state of flux. In general older than 1960s vehicle are not trending upwards. Very unique, extremely high restorations still command top dollars.
